You will receive an email confirming your order has been dispatched and provided with tracking details for Australia Post
HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER
By going into Australia Post website and selecting tracking and enter number provided in dispatch email notification
I NEED TO CHANGE / EDIT MY ORDER
If you have ordered something and need to change or cancel the order, you will need to wait for your order. Check our Returns Policy for steps to follow to return it. Unfortunately changes to an order are not possible once processed. We request you ensure the order is to your preference before completing your order.

Our e-boutique does not offer click and collect. We do however have Market Days where purchases can be made and taken on the day. For more information visit our market information on our website
DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY
At present we only ship Australia wide, however international shipping in the pipeline and show on our website when it has become available

HOW DOES PRE-PURCHASE WORK
Sign up to our Talesletter to keep up to date with restocked bags. This email will provide instructions on how to process a pre-order. An estimated time is provided on our site as you purchase, then an email will be sent out to advise it has been dispatched when order has been fulfilled and sent. Tracking details will be provided as per our Shipping Terms

HOW DO I CARE OR CLEAN MY PRODUCT
Instructions for both caring for and cleaning your product can be found in MATERIALS on our website
WHAT OF A PRODUCT IS OUT OF STOCK
Some sold out items will not be stocked again as new exciting designs and destinations are on their way. We will however restock some destination bags. Sign up to our newsletter which will let know when an out of stock bag has become available again.
