HOW WILL I KNOW MY ORDER IS CONFIRMED

Once you've placed an order through our e-boutique, you'll receive a confirmation email with your order details

HOW WILL I KNOW WHEN MY ORDER HAS BEEN SHIPPED

You will receive an email confirming your order has been dispatched and provided with tracking details for Australia Post

HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER

By going into Australia Post website and selecting tracking and enter number provided in dispatch email notification

I NEED TO CHANGE / EDIT MY ORDER

If you have ordered something and need to change or cancel the order, you will need to wait for your order. Check our Returns Policy for steps to follow to return it.  Unfortunately changes to an order are not possible once processed. We request you ensure the order is to your preference before completing your order.   

DO YOU OFFER PAYMENT PLANS

You can purchase through Paypal (if applicable) More love now and pay later options coming soon

DO YOU OFFER CLICK AND COLLECT

Our e-boutique does not offer click and collect. We do however have Market Days where purchases can be made and taken on the day. For more information visit our market information on our website

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY

At present we only ship Australia wide, however email info@sunkissedtales.com for any international enquiries

HOW DOES PRE-PURCHASE WORK

When items sell out that are part of our collection, you can pre-purchase your desire item now to secure it for when it arrives from our manufacturers to our Headquarters. An estimated time is provided on our site as you purchase, then an email will be sent out to advise it has been dispatched  when order has been fulfilled and sent. Tracking details will be provided as per our Shipping Terms
