Shipping policy

Sunkissed Tales send all Domestic trackable parcels via Australia Post.

Standard Shipping $15.00 please allow 2-7 business days (out of peak delivery periods)

Express Shipping $20.00 please allow 2-3 business days (out of peak delivery periods)


CANCELING AN ORDER

Once your order has been placed online you cannot cancel the order. We are also unable to cancel and order or stop an order being dispatched once it has been processed which may not align with your request.

 

DELIVERY PROCESS

Once your order has been processed and ready for dispatch from our Headquarters you will recover an email with tracking details, which will enable you to track your order through the entire delivery progress.

Sunkissed Tales does not accept responsibility for delays, timings and losses with Australia Post and shipping providers.

Please ensure that a person is available at the delivery address provided as a signature will be required upon delivery. If the address provided is unattended, the driver will leave a card and the delivery will be returned to the nearest collection center for you to collect. It is the customers responsibility to arrange collection within 10 working days.

Please ensure address details, email and contact numbers are provided correctly as we take no responsibility for goods sent to the incorrect address.
